About Us
We See You

There are moments when everything feels like it’s building at once—pressure, expectations, emotions you don’t fully understand. It can feel overwhelming, isolating, and hard to explain.

The Kindling Point was created for those moments.

We exist to give young people a space to feel heard, supported, and understood—before things reach a breaking point. Because what feels like the end of something can actually be the beginning of something new.

Built from real experience

The Kindling Point was founded by Sapphire Marshall, whose journey began with bullying, isolation, and periods of feeling unseen. Those experiences weren’t just challenges—they became the spark for something bigger.

Instead of letting those moments define her, she turned them into purpose. Through national certifications in teen mental health first aid and a commitment to helping others, Sapphire created a platform focused on connection, awareness, and real support.

This isn’t just a message. It’s lived experience, turned outward to help others navigate their own.

Our Philosophy

A space to understand, speak, and connect

We believe no one should feel like they have to handle everything alone.

The Kindling Point is a growing community where young people can:

  • Recognize and understand what they’re feeling
  • Speak openly without fear of judgment
  • Find trusted support when things feel overwhelming
  • Connect with others who truly understand

Where change begins

The “kindling point” is that moment right before everything feels like too much.

But it doesn’t have to be where things fall apart.

It can be the moment you reach out.
The moment you speak up.
The moment things begin to shift.

We’re here to remind you that your story isn’t over—and that even the smallest spark can lead to something powerful.
